How does your service work?
We are a full-service junk removal company; you schedule an appointment either online or by phone and we will arrive at your house with a clean truck, two uniformed team members and provide you with a free estimate of the cost for removing your items. If it is agreeable to you, we will take it right then and there!

What is meant by a “2-hour scheduling window”?
We provide customers with a 2-hour time slot in which we intend to arrive. We want to provide full-service to each one of our customers so occasionally jobs may take longer than expected and we want to account for those delays. Either way communication is very important to us, so our teams will also reach out about 30 minutes prior to arriving at the site.
Will your team members take things from inside our house, or do we need to remove them first?
No! Our team will take things from wherever you need them removed. We go into attics, basements, garages, crawl spaces, sheds, etc. We remove it, load it into our truck and take it away.
What type of items will your team take?
We can take anything a two-man team can lift; furniture, appliances, TV’s, carpet, clothes, etc. We do NOT take any hazardous material or chemicals.
What if our job requires more than one truck load?
We often have multiple-truck load jobs. Typically, the job size will be determined prior to any work being done.
How does your pricing work?
Before we perform any service, we present a price list to our customers that has individual price points relating to how much volume the items that we are removing take up in the truck. We have prices that range from a minimum load through a “full-truck” load, the best value.

Why are your PRICES “up to 25% less than other national franchise providers”?
Although our trucks are the same size and we provide the same service and carry the same insurances and licenses, we are NOT a franchise, so we pay no royalties to a parent company. We pass these savings directly to our customers through lower prices.
Are there extra fees on top of the quoted prices that you show on your price list?
No! There are never any additional fees or special service charges attached to our prices. Our team will go over the prices before any work is done; the customer must be satisfied
with this pricing before we begin.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, personal checks, Visa and Mastercard.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes! We can come to your location and look over what needs to be removed and give an estimate at that time. If the customer desires, we are usually prepared to do the job at that time as well.
Are you fully-insured? Do you maintain the necessary state licenses?
Yes! We carry full limits of Vehicle, Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance.
We also have been approved by the state of New Jersey for the A-901 License and the Certificate of Public Necessity and Convenience.
What areas do you service? Are you restricted in going to a location not in that area?
We cover most of Bergen Country including Ramsey, Mahwah, Allendale, Wyckoff, Waldwick, Upper Saddle River, Saddle River, Paramus, Glen Rock and Ridgewood. However, we are not restricted by territory so if there is a job that requires us to travel outside this immediate area, we are open to doing so.
Do I need to be at the location when you are removing my junk?
No! Often our customers are very busy with their work schedule or daily errands. In certain instances, when it has been established what will be removed, our team can take care of the job, send pictures to the customer and receive payment over the phone.
What are your hours of operation?
Our schedule is open from Monday through Saturday; 9:00am to 5pm. We can also coordinate jobs at specially requested times.
Do you recycle or donate?
Yes! We do our best to minimize the amount of “junk” that we bring to the transfer stations. We have relationships with recycling facilities as well as various charities and second-hand distributors. In fact, we are always trying to broaden our network and would welcome any new connections.
Do you work with Realtors?
Yes! Our services are very complementary to those who are involved with the real estate market. We have arrangements with many local realtor offices and deal with many individual agents as well.
Do you work with Condo-Associations?
Yes! Condo neighborhoods are often in need of additional space, whether it is within the units themselves or around the premises. Management groups look to us to de-clutter those public refuse-areas found in condo developments; we also can work out special rates for those residents in those areas.
Do you take paint or other household chemicals?
No. However, depending on what it is, we do have some suggestions on how to get rid of them in a compliant manner.
What is the weirdest item that you’ve ever taken?
We were asked by a store that was closing to remove all the items; included were many life-size manikins. A full truck load of those were pretty freaky!
Do your team members accept tips when they do an exceptional job?
Yes! 🙂
